SHIPPING POLICY

Once an order is successfully placed, the product(s) will be dispatched within 2 (two) working days. Delivery may take up to 10 working days, depending on your location and courier partner timelines.

Order details and tracking information will be shared with you via your registered email address.

Please note that once an order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.


RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At La-More, we take pride in our quality and designs. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, please review our return guidelines below:

1. Chargeable Returns

Returns are offered as a service and are chargeable, including return shipping costs.

2. Missing or Damaged Products

Any claims related to missing items or damaged products must be supported with a clear unboxing video, recorded at the time of opening the package. The video must clearly show the package seal and all items being removed.

3. Sale or Discounted Items

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

5. Shipping Delays

La-More works with third-party courier partners for deliveries. While we provide estimated delivery timelines and tracking details, we are not responsible for courier delays. For urgent deliveries, please contact our support team before placing your order.

6. Cancellation / Alteration Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 8 hours of being placed.

  • If an order has already been packed or shipped, refusal will be treated as a return.

  • Prepaid orders refused at the doorstep are not eligible for refunds.

  • For COD orders, refusal may lead to denial of future COD orders.

  • Re-delivery requests will attract additional shipping and repacking charges.

7. Return Packaging Guidelines

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition as delivered

  • Accompanied by all original tags and paperwork

Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

8. Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds are issued only in case of damaged products (subject to verification).

  • For all other approved returns, store credit will be provided.

9. Processing Time

Approved returns are processed within 10 working days from the date of receipt.

10. Approval Requirement

All return requests must be approved by La-More before initiating the return.
No refunds or exchanges are available on sale or discounted items.
